Do we offer refunds?

 

Cane + Poplar gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased online or in store *within 14 days* of the purchase date.

OVERVIEW: 

  • All returns must be received *within 14 days* of the purchase date.
  • Returns are for Store Credit only and issued via Gift Card. 
  • Exchanges are for the same item but in a different size.
  • Items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging when possible.
  • Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. See list below.
  • Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.

      FINAL SALE:

      • Swimwear
      • Gift Cards
      • Hair Accessories
      • Intimates, Tights or Hosiery
      • Personalized or Customized items
      • Items returned in poor condition will be sent back to the customer as Final Sale.

          RETURNS

          Cane + Poplar accepts Returns *within 14 days* of the purchase date. 

          • Eligible returns are for Store Credit only. Store credit is issued in the form of a gift card.
          • No refunds will be issued.
          • Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end. 
          • We currently do not offer return labels nor do we reimburse return shipping costs.
          • All items are inspected on return. Items returned in poor condition will be returned to the customer as Final Sale.  

          How to Return Online Orders:

          • Include your invoice with the return Shipment.
          • At this time, we do not provide return labels. We suggest using USPS.
          • Hold on to your Tracking Number in case we need to locate your return.
          • Once we receive your return, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your E-gift card to be issued. The automated email will be sent to the email address used to place the order – we cannot change this! 

          *If you don’t see the E-gift card in your email inbox, please check your spam/ junk folder.

          EXCHANGES

          Cane + Poplar accepts Exchanges *within 14 days* of the purchase date.

          • Exchanges are for the same item in a different size.
          • Exchanges are subject to availability.
          • We currently do not offer return labels nor do we reimburse return shipping costs.
          • If the requested item and size are not in-stock, we will process the exchange as a gift card. The automated email will be sent to the email address used to place the order.

            HOW TO EXCHANGE:

            • Please include your invoice with your return shipment.
            • At this time, we do not provide return labels. We suggest using USPS.
            • Hold on to your Tracking Number in case we need to locate your exchange. 
              • Once your exchange is delivered to our warehouse, please allow 5 to 7 business days for the new size request to be processed and shipped. You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address on the original order. 

              *If an E-gift card was processed instead of your exchange and you haven’t received it in your email inbox, please check your spam/ junk folder.

                Damaged or Defective Items 

                If you received a defective item, we are so sorry! Please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. 

                Missing or Incorrect Items

                If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order, so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!
